A simple meditation technique. Breathe in and breathe out is more than just inhaling and exhaling. The aim is to focus on the breath and noticing sensations in your body and around you.

It’s easier said than done and requires a massive amount of devotion and determination because our mind is used to the habit of drifting off the moment we take attention away from the daily routine. Chasing thoughts, overthinking, rethinking, imagining creates a traffic in your mind and may make you uneasy.

So just sit back, relax, gently bring attention back to your body and focus on something you do involuntarily, breathe in and breathe out…breathe in and breathe out…
