Content and Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and branding objectives.
  2. Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
  3. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  4. Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, increase followers, and promote key initiatives and events.
  5. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the company’s social media presence.
  6. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing multimedia content, including images, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.
  7. Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive and interactive online environment.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.
  9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful content and social media strategies.
  4. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  5. Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  6. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PR and Communication Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies to enhance the organization’s and its client’s public image and reputation.
  2. Create, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage.
  4. Manage and respond to media inquiries, preparing spokespersons for interviews and public appearances.
  5. Coordinate and manage press conferences, media events, and other PR activities.
  6. Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR activities and their impact.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
  8. Develop and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring engagement and growth of the organization’s online presence.
  9. Identify and leverage opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the organization’s visibility.
  10. Manage crisis communication and develop strategies to handle potential PR issues effectively.
  11. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PR and communication.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field from top tier institutions.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role.
  3. Proven track record in developing and executing successful PR campaigns.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong media relations skills and a network of media contacts.
  6. Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  9. Knowledge of the industry and understanding of current PR trends in the social sector.

Sustainability Consultant

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive sustainability and ESG assessments for clients, evaluating their current practices and identifying areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement customized sustainability and ESG strategies and action plans that align with the client’s goals and industry standards.
  3. Advise clients on best practices for reducing environmental impact, improving resource efficiency, enhancing corporate social responsibility, and strengthening governance frameworks.
  4. Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability and ESG initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients and employees on sustainability and ESG practices and initiatives.
  6. Support the development of sustainability and ESG policies, guidelines, and standards within client organizations.
  7. Engage with external stakeholders, including industry groups, regulatory bodies, and community organizations, to promote sustainability and ESG efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  2. 5 -8 years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG consulting, environmental management, or a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of sustainability and ESG frameworks, including GRI, CDP, TCFD, and others. 
  4. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sustainability and ESG strategies and initiatives.
  5. Proven track record in developing high quality GRI reports, and other similar reports on ESG. 
  6. Strong understanding of sustainability principles, ESG frameworks, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
  7. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex environmental and ESG data and develop actionable insights.
  8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  9. A strong commitment to ethical practices and promoting sustainability and responsible governance.
